All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is not listed correctly, M/s Sahara Wireless reserves the right to cancel the sale and offer the items again with the correct information.
M/s Sahara Wireless does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on www.nysahara.com. If the item selected for purchase is not available, M/s Sahara Wireless will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.

Return Policy

All sales are final on jewelry, accessories, home objects and sale items. Apparel that is unwashed, unworn and in perfect condition may be returned for store credit or a size exchange when sizes are available. Before returning an item, please email contact@nysahara.com for directions. Returns must be made within 05 business days of receiving the item. We will not refund you if an item is lost or damaged during shipping. M/s Sahara Wireless is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping costs. M/s Sahara Wireless reserves the right to deny exchanges or refunds if items do not meet the return policy requirements. We require that all tags and labels be still attached and that the item is in perfectly saleable condition. We inspect all items thoroughly before shipping.


We will process your order by the next business day, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded (Local Delivery Time is approximately 4-5 days, holidays excluded). All Orders are uninsured and shall be shipped through TCS/UPS, and their rates for shipping/freight shall apply along with handling charges. Shipping rates depend on weight and location. Orders are sent with a confirmation email.

International Shipping

M/s Sahara Wireless ships internationally to most countries. We ship via TCS / UPS / its associates/shipping partners and/or reliable couriers; International Shipping is uninsured. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Unclaimed Packages

M/s Sahara Wireless is not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, undeliverable, unclaimed or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
Refund in such cases shall only be made if payment has been received by M/s Sahara Wireless and the product is in proper saleable condition and such claim has been made within 10 days from shipping date. However, shipment and any other charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Privacy Policy

Any information that you provide with your order is confidential and will not be disclosed to other organizations or third parties, except for relevant banking details as required for processing payments.
